About
I am a PhD student in Computational Physics at UPC, working under the supervision of Prof. Claudio Cazorla and Prof. Edgardo Saucedo. My research focuses on computational condensed matter physics, employing first-principles methods such as Density Functional Theory (DFT), Molecular Dynamics simulations, and Machine Learning techniques. I investigate how anharmonic phonon modes influence the optoelectronic properties of crystalline solid-state systems. My work not only advances fundamental physical science but also contributes to the development of novel materials for next-generation energy and optoelectronic technologies. Additionally, I serve as a Teaching Assistant, teaching physics to first-year engineering students.
